FSL INGENIERÍA Y DISEÑO SOSTENIBLE SL en JV con la empresa de ingeniería HOARE LEA realizará el desarrollo de instalaciones para el renovado complejo AZCA bajo la operación RENAZCA. El proyecto responde a una transformación integral de la zona que supondrá su regeneración urbana, económica y social con el fin de convertirla en un referente de la ciudad enfatizando el protagonismo de la sostenibilidad, la accesibilidad y las zonas verdes y abiertas. FSL & HOARE LEA se integrarán en el equipo de arquitectura formado por Diller Scofidio + Renfro (arquitectos), Gustafson Porter + Bowman (paisajistas) y B720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos.
FSL INGENIERÍA Y DISEÑO SOSTENIBLE SL in JV with the engineering firm HOARE LEA will carry out the design of the facilities for the renovated AZCA complex under the RENAZCA operation. The project responds to a comprehensive transformation of the area that will involve its urban, economic and social regeneration in order to make it a benchmark in the city, emphasizing the role of sustainability, accessibility, and green and open areas. FSL & HOARE LEA will join the architecture team formed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro (architects), Gustafson Porter + Bowman (landscapers) and B720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos.
