Premios AEO 2019
El proyecto Fortuny 6, edificio propiedad de Mutua Madrileña, recibió el Premio a la Mejor Rehabilitación 2019. Se trata de un delicado proyecto de reforma y puesta al día de un edificio de oficinas llevado a cabo tras una cuidadosa y esmerada operación determinada por una ordenanza legal y urbanística muy exigente. FSL INGENIERÍA Y DISEÑO SOSTENIBLE SL, como responsable del diseño de las instalaciones del inmueble acompaño a su cliente MUTUA MADRILEÑA y al estudio de arquitectura PROARQ en la entrega del premio.
The Fortuny 6 project, building owned by Mutua Madrileña, received the 2019 Best Rehabilitation Award designated by the AEO ASSOCIATION. The project is a delicate refurbishment and upgrading of an office building carried out after a careful and painstaking operation determined by legal ordinances and a very demanding urban planning. FSL INGENIERÍA Y DISEÑO SOSTENIBLE SL, as responsible for the design of the property’s facilities, accompanied its client MUTUA MADRILEÑA and the architectural firm PROARQ in the award ceremony.
