Tras 18 meses de obra se han completado los trabajos de reforma del Centro Comercial Parque Corredor incluyendo el incremento de la anchura de los pasillos interiores, el aumento de la altura de los techos y una nueva distribución de locales, así como la renovación de las fachadas, accesos principales y urbanización. Los trabajos se han desarrollado por fases manteniendo los servicios al edificio en todo momento. FSL Ingeniería y Diseño Sostenible SL ha desarrollado todos los trabajos asociados a la reforma de las instalaciones y ha prestado servicios de asistencia técnica en obra incluyendo gestión de documentación y seguimiento de los trabajos hasta la entrega final de la obra.
Renovation works for Parque Corredor Shopping Center have been completed after 18 months of construction, including increasing the width of the interior corridors, increasing the height of the ceilings and a new distribution of premises, as well as the renovation of the facades, main accesses and outdoor parking areas. The works have been developed in phases, maintaining the services to the building at all times. FSL Ingeniería y Diseño Sostenible SL has carried out all the engineering design associated with the renovation of the facilities and has provided technical assistance services on site, including documentation management and monitoring of the works through completion.
