FSL Ingeniería y Diseño Sostenible SL, ha completado sus trabajos de ingeniería en el Edificio sito en Avenida del Partenón 12-14, Campo de las Naciones, en Madrid, propiedad de la compañía patrimonial TESTA. Se trata de un edificio de oficinas, antigua Sede de CEPSA, con una superficie de 19.000 m2 sobre rasante repartida en seis plantas. TESTA ha confiado en FSL ingenieros para la realización del proyecto de reforma integral del inmueble incluyendo la reforma de todas las instalaciones y la correspondiente adecuación de obra civil y acabados, incluyendo suelos, techos y zonas comunes. FSL ha desarrollado el diseño de las nuevas instalaciones bajo criterios lógicos de sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética, encontrándose el inmueble, actualmente, en proceso de obtener la certificación LEED, en su modalidad Core and Shell. Complementariamente, FSL ha llevado a cabo trabajos de control técnico y de Dirección de obra hasta la entrega del inmueble a la Propiedad.
FSL engineers have completed their engineering performance at the office building located in 12-14 Parthenon Avenue, Campo de las Naciones, in Madrid, owned by TESTA Patrimonial Company. The building, former site of Spanish petrol company CEPSA, occupies an office area above grade of 19,000 m2 distributed over six floors. TESTA has relied on FSL engineers for this project that responds to a comprehensive rehab of the property including full refurbishment of the facilities and the related changes in civil works and finishing`s. FSL has developed the design for the new facilities attending to sustainability and energy efficiency matters, allowing for the building to obtain LEED certification in Core and Shell category. FSL has also carried out site services during construction regarding both MEP and civil works, up to completion and delivery of the works to the landlord.
